When we're away how often will you visit our home?

We will visit your home at least twice each day. Once in the morning and once in the evening. If you have pets that require additional visits we will accomodate to meet the need. If you have a dog that requires a walk daily we will be there to do just that as well. Each home has different needs, recognizing that is important to the success of our business. Lets work together to ensure your home and your family of pets are cared for.

What will you do if my pet becomes ill?

Our application requests your vetrinarians name, location and phone number. In the event your pet becomes ill for any reason. We will ensure he/she is taken to your vetrinarian immediately and cared for. Your pet is a member of your family and will be cared for respectfully.

Do you require a deposit with our booking?

If you are on holidays or away from home for a period of time we will ask for a deposit of 50% of the total estimated booking fee 30 days prior to your departure.

If you choose not to use our services prior to your departure and provide us with written notice to that effect we will refund your deposit in full less a $50.00 administration fee.

Are you a licenced contractor?

We are not licenced plumbers or electricians etc.. We will leave that work to the pros. Although, if there is work to be done while you are away, we will be there to ensure those contractors hired are able to do what they need to do while you are away. We will ensure jobs done are cleaned up and your home is locked up tight afterward.

Where are you located?

We are located close to Third Line and Upper Middle in Oakville's Glen Abbey area.

What are your hours?

Given the nature of this business we are commited to accomodating our clients and their homes. If you have pets that require feeding in the morning and in the evening we will be there. While the load of our work occurs Monday through Friday, i.e. cleaning, we must by necessity be available through the weekends as well in order to care for pets and keep an eye on your home.

Do you charge for estimates?

No. Our process is simple. We will come to your home at a time that is mutually convenient and will discuss what you want done while you are away or discuss tasks you you need help with. The benefit of meeting provides us with an oportunity to get to know one another as well as providing a clear understanding of the task at hand. Not everyone wants exactly the same service. As a result we feel customizing our services to meet your personal needs is best.
